With the Adjustable Rubber Dumbbells Set 2 x 10kg, Chrome Handle, you are free to set your weight and perform a variety of exercises. The durable cast iron plates are coated with rubber for extra safety and maintenance-free use, and the collars are threaded for a safe and secure fit to the handles.

Each dumbbell is 35cm long and 30mm in diameter. 

Comes comes with 2 x 2kg weight plates and 4 x 1kg weight plates per dumbbell.
