You can cancel or modify your order as long as it hasn’t been processed. Contact our customer support team as soon as possible to make changes.

We offer free delivery for UK orders over £89. For orders under £89, a shipping fee of £3.95 applies.
International Shipping starts at £12.99, with the exact cost depending on your location and the size of your order. You’ll see the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
We ship all orders with Express shipping services that takes 1-3 business days to arrive.
Orders to certain parts of Scotland and Northern Ireland may take a bit longer.
International order times depend on the destination.
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can contact our customer support team to update the delivery address. Once the order is shipped, we cannot make changes.
If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information provided. If you still have concerns, contact our customer support team for assistance.
We use Royal Mail for lightweight orders, and DHL UK for the rest of our orders.
Large, heavy orders will be delivered with a pallet delivery service.

We ship our lighter items world-wide. Shipping starts at £12.99, but depends on your location and item weight.
