Usage:

Packaging contains 60 capsules. If you are using this as a pre-workout supplement it is recommended to take one to two capsules per day, 30-45 minutes before a workout. If you are using T5 as a fat-burner, it is recommended to consume one capsule before breakfast. After assessing your tolerance you can use up to two capsules per day for fat-burning.
